The point of this quiz/exercise is to see just how bad our education system is. Throwing more money at education hasn't fixed it yet. Throwing FEDERAL mandates at it doesn't work either. Try to convince a Congressman that it doesn't work to throw more money at stuff, and you'll have a battle royale on your hands. They're idiots in Congress I think. They're good people until they get there, then it's like they forget who the "little people" were that got them there.
Guess I best save this rant for another post. :) On to your challenge today...
